Golf Tournament Monday, March 11, 2024
The Golf Tournament can be added to a full CEO Summit registration or purchased individually. The tournament fee covers Golf Greens fees, practice balls, golf-cart, prize pool, continental breakfast, post-round lunch, and awards. Prizes awarded for Longest Drive, Closest to the pin, Low gross, Low Team/ Foursome (net). Space is limited. Spaces held upon payment. The Shotgun Golf tournament will take place on Monday, March 11, 2024 –Breakfast at 7:15 am; Shotgun at 8:00 am Rental clubs available at $185 a set.

Humvee Tour through the Desert Monday, March 11, 2024 *Please note this will take place at the same time as golf
The Hummer H1 is bold and versatile – not to mention it’s the closest a civilian can get to the US Military’s M998 Humvee. If you’re a rough-and-tumble tourist who prefers an up close and personal experience, you’ve made the right choice. Mud, dirt, water, rocks – you’ll coast along desert trails high above the ground, confident in the ability of this 4 x 4 to conquer any desert terrain (and we mean ANY desert terrain). Come with us on the Bulldog Canyon trail, which winds through the Sonoran Desert, offering panoramic views of the Superstition Mountains. The land in this part of Arizona is wild and untamed, but rugged landscape is no problem when you’re in the backseat of a Hummer H1. Get ready to check out nearly 20 miles of breathtaking desert views. As a bonus, wildlife sightings are frequent! This is an off-road adventure at its best! **Please note the Humvee tour will take place at the same time as Golf so please choose one option.

Advamed PAC 2024 Authorization*
AdvaMedPAC will be hosting an event during the CEO Summit. The Advanced Medical Technology Association Political Action Committee (AdvaMedPAC) raises personal, voluntary contributions from eligible executives in our industry to support federal candidates who understand the importance of the medical device and diagnostic sector. To comply with federal election law, AdvaMed member companies must provide AdvaMedPAC with written prior approval to receive information about AdvaMedPAC. Once AdvaMedPAC receives this signed form, you will be sent additional details about the PAC event at the CEO Summit. I authorize AdvaMedPAC to send me information about the PAC event during the CEO Summit. I authorize the solicitation of eligible employees of my company, including myself, for voluntary contributions to AdvaMedPAC during 2024. I understand that AdvaMedPAC will NOT solicit any of my employees without obtaining my permission in advance. My company has not authorized such solicitation for any other trade association PAC in 2024.
